Information you provide
When you enquire, we collect your name, email, project type and description. You may also provide a public project link, budget expectations, preferred timing and how you found us. Do not send passwords, API keys, sensitive personal information or confidential files through the form. Project links are stored without query strings or embedded credentials.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to understand and respond to your request, discuss possible work and manage follow-up. Authorised staff can record internal notes, a status and a follow-up date. An enquiry creates a unique reference and is stored before the website confirms receipt.
Attribution and necessary cookies
We use session cookies for form security, confirmation, duplicate-submission controls and staff login. We also associate the landing-page path, the originating page, an available referrer hostname and limited campaign labels with an enquiry. We do not store a full referring URL or arbitrary query parameters. This release uses no public analytics tracker and does not send your name, email or brief to an analytics service.
Who handles the data
Authorised Keshav Infotech staff use the private enquiry desk. Our hosting provider processes website and database traffic, and Cloudflare processes traffic for DNS, security and delivery. An authenticated domain mailbox sends operational notifications to the business address [email protected]; those notifications contain a reference and a private staff link, not your project brief. Email correspondence and delivery are also handled by the relevant mail providers.
Security, logs and storage
The site uses HTTPS, access controls and server-side validation. Hosting and security services may process technical request information such as IP addresses and timestamps. Operational logs help investigate errors and abuse. Enquiry data, private configuration and database backups are kept outside publicly served directories. No system can be promised to be completely secure.
Retention and your requests
We retain information according to the purpose of the enquiry, ongoing business needs and applicable obligations. This website does not apply a fixed automatic deletion period. Contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you supplied; we may need to verify the request and consider information we are required to retain.
